The protection of your personal data is highly important for us. We are processing your data exclusively on base of the legal regulations (DSVGO, TKG 2003). Here we are informing you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact with us
If you are contacting us via formulars on our website or via email then your data are processed to handle your requests and in case of any following questions they are stored six months. These data are not forwarded to anywhere without your agreement. Please read also our AGBs.
Data storage
We are informing that IP data are stored in cookies, also name, address and credit card number to ease any purchasing action and any contract formation on our website.
Further to ease any contract setup we are storing following informations: company name, contact person, address, phone number and VAT number. So your provided data are needed only to setup contracts which is not possible without them. There is no data transfer to thirdparties, except credit card data which need to be communicated to bank institutes and payment providers for booking your purchase and transport forwarders to send you purchased goods. Exception is also any data transfer to tax accountants to fulfill our legal obligations.
After cancellation of any purchasing activity your filed data on our server are deleted again immediately. In case of any contract formation all data for doing this are stored up to seven years according our legal requirements. Just data about name, address, purchased goods and purchase date are stored up to ten years according our product liability requirements. All data processing is done according legal requirements in § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (approval) and/or lit b (necessary for contract DSGVO regulation.
Cookies
Our website is using so called cookies. These are small text files, saved on your terminal device via your browser. They are not causing any damage there.
We are using cookies to create our offers user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you are deleting them. They allow us to recognize your browser again during your next visit.

Your IP address is filed, but immediately pseudonymized (i.e. by deleting last 8 bit). For this reason there’s only a rough localisation possibly anymore.
All data processing is done on legal base according § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (approval) and/or f (legitimate interest) due to DSGVO regulation.
Our desire in sense of DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our web services and our website itself. As the private sphere of our users is very important to us we are pseudonymisizing any user data.
